We are a family run business, with fresh ideas and lots of enthusiasm! Farming on the southern edge of the Peak District has been the perfect location to establish a successful dairy farm in this beautiful part of the country. All our ice creams are handmade, as we pride ourselves on attention to detail and the finest quality.

Our Happy Ladies

It’s all about the milk. Daltons originates from free range, happy cows, which are fed a simple yet nourishing diet of grass to produce our key ingredient- the milk. Every single cow has her own name, watch out for Lilac, Cherry and Pepsi to name but a few. Our philosophy is to turn luscious green pastures into the highest quality of milk, blended with ethically sourced ingredients to make a premium dairy range. Wholesome and exciting flavours add a pure, authentic taste that will not be forgotten.
