History Of Daltons
The Daltons have been tenants at Shawcroft Farm for 21 years. Dairy cows have always been at the core of the business.
The diversification into ice cream came in 2017, when Rosie returned from University.
Adding value to the milk, the family
starting bottling their award winning milk and added butter to their product range.
In 2020 they introduced a coffee and ice cream
‘Hatch’ adjacent to the shop which is open during the spring and summer months.
