The family at Daltons have been farming since 1996. Many things have changed over the years, but what we do now (and the values we live by) have changed very little in that time.

DIVERSITY
Diversity is key to strengthening our business.
We recognise differences between people and acknowledge that differences are a valued asset. This runs right through to the diversity of the environment and wildlife that we manage.
Discrimination is not tolerated within the company; from employing members of the team, to working with customers, purchasing from suppliers, and attending events.
ANIMAL WELFARE
Every animal on the farm is treated with respect and lives a contented and happy life. Our cows are totally grass-fed, allowing them to exhibit their natural behaviour. They have the freedom and space of the pastures throughout the grazing season, and treated as individuals- each having a name!
LOYALTY
We will commit to our values and act righteous in every given situation. We appreciate our loyal customer base and are dedicated to producing the highest quality products for all to enjoy.
TRUST
We place great trust in our customers who use the honesty shop on the farm, and we hope in return, a respectful relationship will be built.
OPENNESS
We encourage open discussions within the team at Daltons Dairy, and any ideas/ suggestions will always be heard. We believe that building a non-judgemental environment will make everyone feel comfortable and appreciated. All customers are welcome to give feedback and ideas.
